The Boao Forum For Asia Annual Conference 2016 was held on March 23–25, 2016 in Boao, Hainan. The Annual Conference is around the theme of Asia’s New Future: New Dynamics and New Vision, and H.E. LI Keqiang (Premier, the State Council, and the People’s Republic of China) delivered keynote speech at BFA 2016 Opening Plenary.
